Christmas hand mades...

A few little hand mades that found their way under the tree at Christmas.  I enjoyed making something special for each of the kiddies.
I sewed Evelyn a 1930's style purse.  The lining is from sari fabric (no picture, sorry) with a lovely woven gold edge.  It has a magnetic snap closer and sits on the wrist for carrying.
I made Rubia a felt board for quite play. The back has two pockets to keep all of the shapes and pieces safe and sound.  Evelyn has had fun with it as well.
Lastly, Elijah got a box of marbles.  I found an unfinished wooden recipe box, painted it and put stickers on the front and top that I thought had the look of marbles.  Then a coat of modge podge and done.
Fun projects and I actually started early enough this year that they where done with plenty of time to spare!  Whew!
